Research:
Directed research and analysis for the International Society of Hospitality Consultants Hotel Capital Expenditure Study presented at the UCLA Hotel Investment Conference in 1995. Primary responsibilities included research design, database creation, management and spreadsheet interface, statistical inference, financial analysis, model building and report writing. Completed several regional and national research assignments on extended-stay hotel products, and segmented supply and demand trends in the extended-stay lodging industry.
